An Evening of Improvisational Theater

Great news! One of our most popular shows is returning during the 2024-2025 season! Every time we have presented “An Evening of Improvisational Theater” the performance has received rave reviews from those in attendance. People say, “can’t we please do this more often!”

As you may know, our performance center was built to serve Washington County and not just Washington Iowa. What better way has there been to serve our county than by presenting some the great stage talent from our various cities.

In addition to presenting great shows, we are currently making a serious effort to raise money to help complete the performing arts center as it was originally conceived. Among other items, we need more stage rigging for scenery, additional stage lighting, and a supplementary scene curtain to allow for quick scene changes. Generous donors are always being sought. This year’s evening of improvisational theater will also be used as a fund raiser to help complete as many of these items as possible.

The show will present many seasoned comedic actors offering you a great opportunity to unwind, laugh and expand your creative genius.
